Passing
Great passing makes great teams! Work on your timing, accuracy, and court vision to improve your passing skills. Stay alert, communicate with your teammates, and always make the smart play. Sharp passes lead to easy buckets!
Shooting
Want to be a scoring threat? Keep working on your shot! Focus on form, footwork, and follow-through—consistency is key. The more reps you put in, the more confident and accurate you’ll become. Shooters are made in the gym!
Defense
Defense wins games! It’s all about hustle, focus, and heart. Great defense creates turnovers, shuts down opponents, and fuels your team’s energy. Lock in, stay low, and take pride in every stop!
